Maintenance Engineer

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan to develop the proper control procedures for maintenance.

Maintain and directs the Maintenance work to meet company objectives.

Increase team and staff capability.

Accountabilities

1.  Lead/apply all safety and food safety policies and procedures across his team
2. Implements a preventive maintenance plan and undertakes any amendment to the plan if necessary, with the right communication to the relevant parties to optimize equipment reliability and ensure the availability of required spare parts across his scope of work.
3. Responsible for the efficient maintenance of all equipment; as well as ensures the continuous induction of the Moral and Motivation initiatives to ensure a highly productive and motivated team.
4. Monitors equipment performance and develops corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards and develops the proper control procedures for it.
