Export Specialist

Coordinate shipment logistics, tracking, and communicating the shipments progress to both clients and direct manager. Prepare and process all required documents and permits for shipping purposes, and maintain records of all invoices and transactions.

Accountabilities

• Customer Service:

1. Work with the customers to get the orders on time (15 customer)
2. Sharing the PFI with the customers
3. Reply to the customer’s inquiries
4. Checking with the warehouse the order against container capacity
5. Issue the production order
6. Follow up with the production team when the production will end
7. Follow up with the warehouse team when the order is ready for shipping
8. Follow up with the customers to collect the funds of the orders in case of cash in advance
9. Check the DRAFT LC
10. Grant the financial release from the finance team prior production loading
11. Work with the finance team on orders billing 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Overall 2-3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• FMCG background 
• Fluent English
